We founded Brium Life with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us to learn more.


We ship our packages Priority through the USPS.

  • How long does shipping take:

It takes 3-7 business days for processing and packaging although we ship MOST of our orders within 48hrs.

Once your package has been shipped you should receive it within 2-5 days from the USPS (expect delays due to the pandemic)

  • How do I track my order:

You will receive a default email notification once your shipping label is created with your tracking number on it. Please note your item will NOT ship the same day the label is created in most cases.

  • Once your package has actually shipped you will be notified via email through the USPS with tracking updates.

  • Please be advised the USPS is very delayed in their process of scanning packages in and shipping them out, please be patient if you do not see tracking updates right away. If your tracking says label created still awaiting item for several days that means the USPS has not scanned your package in.

  • Shipping delays are out of our control we do not have insight on any information pertaining to delivery delays or issues. Please send an email to if more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your package. NOTE: We cannot track your package for you. Once we drop shipments at the post office we don’t have any further information on tracking.

  • Wrong Address: Please be sure to include your complete shipping address at checkout including apartment number. We process a large number of orders we will NOT be responsible for changing addresses for you after you’ve made your purchase. Incomplete/ incorrect addresses will result in your package being returned or received by the wrong party.

  • If your package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address you will have to pay a shipping invoice to have your order re-sent to your correct address and NOTE we will NOT re-send your order until we have received the original order back, this could take 6-10 weeks or more. If your package is delivered to the wrong address we will NOT be able to refund you for your order or discount a re-order as it’s solely your responsibility to enter correct shipping information, so please double check your address before checking out.

  • LOST Packages: We are no longer responsible for packages once we ship them. In the event your package is LOST or STOLEN you will need to file a complaint online through the USPS and allow time for the matter to be resolved.

  • Packages that say delivered but you have not received them: Go to your local post office or submit a missing mail search request online. To prevent this from happening in the future please send us an email after placing your order and request a signature for delivery. Please understand that we have no control over missing packages, once we drop your shipment off the responsibility moving forward is on the post office.


ALL SALES on CBD & D8 products are FINAL. We DO NOT issue refunds or cancel orders once they are made. Please double check and be sure of your purchase before checkout! However if an error is made on our part we will issue a refund or store credit for the inconvenience.

We DO NOT issue refunds if you put the wrong address and your order is shipped to the wrong place. Please double check your address at checkout. If a package is lost/stolen/ you will need to file a claim with the USPS they will be responsible for issuing a refund for lost/stolen goods.

PLEASE NOTE: During sales, we process a lot of orders and shipping will take longer so please expect 5-7 business days before your order is shipped.
